Beginning with a modest 8(a) contract with the Louisville Corps of Engineers, our federal portfolio now includes nine ID/IQ contracts with more than 35 task orders. AEC has significant experience with design/build projects on both sides of the design/build table- both as the RFP preparer and as a successful responder to RFP Solicitations. In addition, AEC has extensive experience with the rehabilitation of facilities which accumulates roughly 55% of our annual workload.
